adwcleaner doesnt respond when clearing services

So first im gonna explain my problem, When i run adwcleaner 6.030 (latest version) it works to scan. So i can scan and it finds threaths and stuff but everytime i have tried to use the clean function it says adwcleaner doesnt respond and the program freezes. i have the same problem as this guy: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/480793/cant-run-adwcleaner-please-help/ But when i remove the all the service things and try to clean it works perfectly fine. So is the problem that one of the services cant be removed? here is a screenshot of the services: http://imgur.com/a/uCfNJ

any help would be appreaciated and also i do launch the program as admin or whatever its called. so again i can clean everything exept the services because it gets stuck on the service tab.

Indeed, it's a known bug that we are working on.

To remove the remaining service, can you do the fllowing?

  • Download FRST
  • Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
  • Please also check Shortcut.txt
  • Click on the "Scan" button
  • The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
  • Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated link.

The problem is a program called UcGuards, i can follow ur steps when i come home

UcGuard is a virus.You Can Delete it With HitmanPro and Malwarebytes Easily.

Heres the Steps:                                         

1:Go To https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thankyou/ And Let it Download

After That Open the Program Let it Install And Scan and Remove all the malware found
