I've had Antivirus v5.0 on my device. Daily I work on QuickBooks cloud. Everything was fine until a month ago. The QuickBooks cloud version started crashing a lot and so did MS Office. I tried uninstalling QuickBooks and then reinstalling it, but in vain. Then I got a support ticket from Microsoft and I let them know of my problem. They said a third party security app was interfering with QuickBooks and MS Office. Since then I've uninstalled Antivirus v5.0, but I really like it. Is there any way to flag QuickBooks cloud version and MS Office as safe on Antivirus v5.0.
