Having a solid support system in place is especially helpful during recovery. Being with people who love and care about you can help you stay on track, especially when you are feeling exhausted, depressed, or one of the many other uncomfortable symptoms of withdrawal. See if you can stay with friends and family during this time, or arrange regular check-ins and meetups with close ones.
