Thanks to the programmers that developed AdwareCleaner. Now my pc is free from popups (SetupWizard) it was hard to find a program to make my pc normal again.
i have a serious problem i have win 8.1 and my adw cleaner finds like 193 threats and when i click on delete or clean them it crashes and i can't controll my pc anymore .... help
Sooo Amazing program!!! I lost my dreams in my pc (Win8.1 Pro -- 64x) I had lost all connection to Internet, since I install a program from a dubious site, this destroyed me all forms of internet connection, I was already thinking of reformatting your pc, when I remembered that one day had gone down version adwcleaner 6010 and thought... why not?, and woooooooooow !!! 445 found strange things in my pc, and more a thing called iSafeKrnlboot, the kidnapping my entire PC. Depuis la version 5.2, et donc avec la version 6, adwcleaner ne fonctionne plus sur mon PC qui est sous windows Vista editions familiale. Quelqu'un aurait-il une astuce pour le faire fonctionner ? Ai tout essayé : exécuter en tant qu'administrateur, sans, en mode sans échec avec réseau, mode sans échec sans mode réseau. Ai passé d'autres logiciels qui ne détecte rien mais comme celui-ci est le plus efficace et j'aimerai comprendre pourquoi cela ne fonctionne plus
Awesome work! I have a few things to mention though:
AdwCleaner keeps detecting SereneScreen's Marine Aquarium as a problem. This is a legit screensaver I paid for. Please configure it to stop detecting this as a problem. Also HCKU\Software\SlimWare Utilities are not adware / malware or any kind of problem either - it's a program called AVG Driver Updater - it can be downloaded from here: http://www.avg.com/us-en/avg-driver-updater
It's also strange that the AVG PC Tuneup Task Background Maintenance is detected under Scheduled Tasks. AVG PC Tuneup is a legitimate optimization suite that has the to clean registry , temporary files and broken shortcuts and defrag in the background. It's a legit program I installed myself and that can be downloaded from AVG.com.
Other than that, it's a great program. PLEASE:
1. Provide a "Send Feedback / Report incorrect detections" option in the program.
2. Provide the option to have an exclusion list and exclude incorrect detections from being re-detected in future scans, as unchecking every single detail in every single tab gets tiresome.

Bonjour lorsque l analyse se termine cela m affiche une erreur : line 10570 (File "C:\Temps\adwcleaner_6.000.exe") j ai désinstaller adwcleaner redémarrer le PC mode sans échec normal ect.... Rien à faire toujours cette erreur qui apparaît en plus de ça il me trouve 247 menaces j aimerais bien les virés de la sachant que ccleaner est clean et spybot aussi j ai également désinstallé anti virus aux cas ou.

Il y a un probleme au niveaux de l information du pop up en fin de scan , en effet ce pop up indique toujours que le PC n' est " pas infecté"...alors que en faite lorseque on clique sur nettoyer on trouve plein d adwaeres.
