THANK YOU OMG I CAN FINALLY OPEN MY BROWSER WITHOUT 3000 ADS FLOATING EVERYWHERE
Need this in a .zip or .7z format as .exe's are blocked in many places.
Well!!! this one helped me a lot today!!!!!!!!! Already my pc is too slow and these ads made my system slower and this program now helped me get rid of them
Thank you for the developers!!!
This stupid adwcleaner removed ALL my chrome extensions, including all tabbed webpages. i did a system restore ,but its all gone. thanks a million dickheads from adwcleaner
I'm normally very careful about my downloads, but today I accidentally made a mistake, and ended up with so much adware that I could barely open my browser. I made an account just to say than you, Adwcleaner, you saved me A LOT of frustration.
False positives: Chrome AdBlocker Plus and Click 'n Clean plugins

After running AdwareCleaner, cleaning most of the results, and rebooting, this is what s going on
My BitComet (torrents) clients still works fine, but everything else internet-related doesnt seems to connect, like Skype, Avast updating, and all browsers.
Is there any way to reverse the process?
I wonder if there's more distinct Changelog about what got fixed, specially with false positives!
Previous version crippled me with Chrome where it tought that the ScriptBlock addon was a threat.
Thank you for this new release.
Unfortunately, some of the false positives I've listed a while back are still being flagged:
Simple Adblock (which is now Adblock Plus for IE)
Legitimate proxy server settings
Why have you removed the option to DisableAskProtection, DisableBrowsersProtection, DisableProxyProtection....?
@Yotony: For example, Norton thinks that Steam is a virus: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=262855.0
I'd recommend switching to an antivirus that isn't complete shit (https://www.consumeraffairs.com/computers/norton.html), like avast!: https://www.avast.com/
