Est-ce que tu as eu l'occasion de regarder les détails du mail que je t'ai envoyé ?

J'espère qu'il ne s'est pas perdu parmi les nombreux autres mails que tu reçois ou parmi les spams.

Did you try to go to menu Tools - Quarantine Manager ? What is located there?

I run ADWcleaner to delete a issue I had with somehting called VNPapps on my chrome

Without reason ADWcleaner deleted a VERY important folder for my work which I had on my desktop without recent backup! 

I need it back urgently!

I am really willing to pay whoever can help me...

L'analyse de adwcleaner me trouve dans le registre un  "[x64] HKCU\Software\Conduit" mais il ne me le supprime pas au nettoyage

Quand je refais tout de suite après une seconde analyse il ne trouve pas de "HKCU\Software\Conduit"

Hi, in the support channel we often see the extension "Download Protect"

The install path, the file name is every time different.

Bonsoir xplode, le problème c'est que si j'accepte de la supprimer avec adwcleaner, mon ordinateur provoque un écran bleu et redémarre.

Et le problème, c'est que cette clé de registre infectée revient à chaque fois...

Torch browser is often bundled with other PUPs, that's why it is flagged by AdwCleaner. Moreover, their privacy policy is not that clean.
