Can you restart AdwCleaner, click on Tools > Log Manager.

Then, go to the "Debug" tab and copy the whole content of the text-area, and paste it here.

Ironically enough, I when I chose "debug" and ran, then cleaned, it didn't freeze. Thank you.

The only thing that came up after the restart was a notepad file.

I have never had any kind of problem using this streaming software. It is really widespread and know to be a safe and good one.

• Vous pouvez relancer AdwCleaner et cette fois-ci lancez le nettoyage. Partagez-moi le rapport généré dans votre prochaine réponse.
• Ensuite, pouvez-vous lancez une nouvelle analyse avec Malwarebytes ? Partagez-moi aussi le rapport généré dans votre prochaine réponse.

I used adwcleaner and spybot in Windows Safe Mode to remove adchoices, but it didn’t work, can anyone help me to eliminate this adware? Thanks for your help.

Can you launch AdwCleaner, click on Tools > Options. In the "Mode" section, ensure "debug" is selected.

Then, do a scan and a clean. When the freeze occurs, reboot and share the logfile in C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log.
