Mon disque est devenu très léger : 12 Go occupés 61 Go libres. J'ai "déffraglé" et nettoyé. En fait je n'ai plus aucun fichier de musique ni de photos depuis  l'installation de Windows 10.  Je pense avoir perdu un répertoire "old windows" qui contenait tout ça...

Dans ce cas, on va pouvoir supprimer l'ensemble des outils que j'ai pu vous faire utiliser :

• Téléchargez DelFix et lancez-le,
• Cochez Purger la restauration système et Supprimer les outils de désinfection,
• Cliquez sur Exécuter.
• Copiez/collez le rapport généré dans votre prochaine réponse (ou idéalement hébergez-le sur Up2Sha.re)

Pour l'encombrement du disque, en fait je n'ai pas de fic...

Is that occurred when you launched the Cleaning process ?

Did you find your missing work folder on the quarantine manager ? Can you tell me its name and where it was located ?

Also, could you upload the quarantine.log file stored into C:\AdwC...

After restarting the computer, ADWCleaner is not there anymore so I had to reinstall the application. Then I tried Tools - Quanrantine Manager. I picked the file and clicked Restore but nothing happened. Does it mean it has been lost forever ?

I am freaking out now since it has been my work folder. Is there any other way to restore it ?

App Error: Instruction in "0x0041eeaa" reference to mem in "0x02031000", can't "read". OK to end program.

Version 5.016 works ok. By the way, when one accepts to DL new version the old one gets deleted, thats annoying, (because if by any reason DL is not succesful or as in this case, new program doesn't work, it's imposible to return to older version). Old version should be renamed to adwclean...

you should be able to recover deleted files thanks to the Quarantine. Here is how to use it :

• On the top menu, click on Tools > Quarantine manager;
• Every deleted elements are moved to the quarantine. They can be restored if necessary. Click on Restore will restore checked elements.
