The log that generates after choosing debug mode is as follow, as you can see from it, it doesn't complete the scan. On the progress bar it doesn't show anything.

I have updated my AV and downloaded another ADWcleaner version 5.014 from your website. This has proven to be fine and works as it always does. I suppose Kaspersky is not infallable but I was suprised when this was flagged, as your product is a wonderful addition to any serious net user. It would be a great shame ...
Bonjour, je ne peux plus utilier ADWcleaner. Quel que soit la version, 3, 4 ou 5. Il effectue le scan, puis lors du nettoyage, il gèle. Je dois alors peser sur le bouton de démarrage de l'ordi et l'éteindre.
Avez-vous un truc à me donner pour passer au travers du nettoyage..
J'ai activé la section déboggage que je vous joint.

Pourrais-tu m'indiquer un site fiable où je pourrais trouver le didacticiel pour windows 10 car j'avoue être quelque peu "désorientée" avec son utilisation et j'aimerai bien apprendre !!!!
Je pense que tu peux déjà commencer par la documentation proposé par Microsoft : Guide de prise en main. Tu trouveras également ici le support Windows 10 et donc de nouveau pleins de cons...

since version >5 i'm missing the update information, when AdwCleaner has been started and a newer version is available. Will this function be available in the next versions?
