not sure what is happening the new version here downloaded then tells me im still running the old one and wants me to download again an just keeps repeating, the first mirror site the download is deemed unsafe but safe from your site so bit bothered there and second mirror is german and im ignorant of the language

so if i go to the properties of the file .exe i see that the number is stil 4.204..
why..?

First of all: I Love AdwCleaner. It only deletes the following keys that are used for Exact Globe (See: http://www.exact.nl/ ) HKCU\Software\eXact, HKLM\SOFTWARE\eXact, HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\eXact, HKCY64\Software\eXact. When these are deleted i cannot use the program. After an ''recheck of all files'' it works again.

It's the first times I download "ADWCLEANER" and it's incompatible with my anti-virus, "AVG Pro". There are pretty much 3 years, I use the "adwcleaner" and now with the version V4.203, it doesn't work well. My anti-virus detected it like a virus for my computer. Is it right? Please let me know your result.
But in any case, now, each times I downloaded it, I can register it on the PC. WEIRD!!!

I LOVE AdwCleaner it helps me a lot! I love that it first kills almost all processes in order to do a good job after. In older versions it terminated the TeamViewer applications process too but I noticed that now it trusts TV so it leavs it alone. This is great! As I understand there is a "whitelist" for apps that won't be terminated before a clean? If so I would like to propose a new addition to this list: Ammyy. Ammyy is just like TV: a legit remote admin app. It has a free version also I think a lot of people use it. Sometimes I user it instead of TV but now I can't run Adw through it because then I "close my self out" of the computer: without "local" user interaction I won't be able to get back in the computer after I click ADW Clean. I'm trying to uninstall your program. I'm assuming it's a single use program, that is download it when you need it, then, delete it. I'm afraid I don't understand your above term "using the 'mode uninstall.'
I see Adware in my downloads file, but there's no uninstaller. It's not listed in "Programs & Features," so I can't uninstall from there.
I'm trying to get numerous SearchScopes entries OUT of my registry. While I successfully downloaded & ran Adware from Bleeping Computer this morning, when I tried to download from your site, Sonar blocked it. I don't know what Sonar is, so I figure I'd better uninstall, clean out Adware, and do some reading before I try again.
Is the "mode uninstall" a new term/function? Can someone help me understand,please? Appreciativley...

M-K-D-B ist tatsächlich beschäftigt mit wichtigeren Dingen. Wie immer irrst du oft mit Dingen, von denen du glaubst eine Ahnung zu haben. Vieles ist und bleib doch eine "Blackbox" für dich.

Can you please include screenconnect in your ignored processes? Just recently adwcleaner started targeting screen connect for removal. This is one of the most popular remote connection utilities out there so you should be able to ignore it. Their site is screenconnect.com.
Also, I'm surprised so many people are using XP still. I can understand using it on an isolated production system, but for everyone else, I think it's time to move on.
