Have you tried uninstalling the app?
First, uninstall the app. Then reboot the PC. after that reinstall the app and update it.
If this doesn't solve the issue then raise a support ticket with the support centre and get the issue resolved.

vous pouvez télécharger le fichier IPSW de l'ancienne iOS sur Internet, voici le tutoriel de downgrade iOS. Mais je vous conseille de sauvegarder vos données tout d'abord pour éviter la perte des fichers importants.

Still having problems with latest download.Scan continues to pickup pre-installed software from HP which I DO NOT WANT to remove. The 1st time I did that it deleted an important self diagnostic product called HP Support Assistant. It took me forever to reinstall and I'm not sure that it's complete. If the remove button isn't working, then it's the right manner yes. AdwCleaner is still portable even if it creates some files inside C:\AdwCleaner.
Keep in mind tho that the folder can contain Quarantined files that you won't be able to retrieve after removal. So I would still recommend keeping the C:\AdwCleaner folder.
