I'm Lightshot developer https://app.prntscr.com/ Today I found that AdwCleaner somehow reports Lightshot as a malware! This is nonsense! We have millions users around the world and you are trying to undermine the credibility of our product. Please fix your databases as soon as possible! I had the supra savings program on my computer so I downloaded Adwcleaner. It removed this but left me with another problem. I run a small business out of my home and Adwcleaner marked all of my invoicing, billing and inventory software as a virus. I can no longer get into these important programs. How can I undo this?

Quisiera que para futuras revisiones de ADWcleaner esta carpeta sea excluida, ya que una vez esta utilidad fuer eliminada por error de mi sistema. Saludos.

Hi, I would like to give a feedback to Xplode, creator of ADWCleaner. When it analyzes my system, it detects the C:\Program Files\Skillbrains folder as adware, when it's not. That's the folder where Lightshot, a screen capture tool (http://prntscr.com), is installed, and it's not any adware o malicious software. I would like that folder to be excluded from adware detections on future ADWcleaner revisions. Greetings.

However Symantec do not seem to see it that way and have decided that adwcleaner is a virus (false positive). I am hoping this is fixed soon as nothing kicks malware butt better than Adwcleaner.
To some of the other users out there who think this software is a virus, listen up. Any piece of software that performs administrative tasks with or without the user knowledge is considered malware or a trojan. Unfortunately, this is also common for software with a good cause.
Xplode> hey great work! This seems to be the best utility at getting rid of some nasty pieces of malware. There is only one suggestion of a new threat that has hit some of my friends computers. The name of the software is called "PC Clean Maestro" by CompuClever. If there is any way in your next release, do you mind creating an adware removal routine for this piece of malware. I think I have found a False Positive on 3.304. Scan has flagged AppleChargerSrv in Services and the file AppleChargerSrv.exe
This file has been on my PC since January 2013 from Gigabyte from my Motherboard which was new then. Although I do not use Apple it is not activated in services either. I have scanned the file with malwarebytes and McAfee I have a feeling this is a False Positive. Adwcleaner has never flagged this file before until now

After the scan, Under Chrome found an Extension unknown.(see above)
Selected "Clean" - Program ran for a little then a message appeared:
Aut2Exe has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
The faulty chrome Extension was not removed. My system is now unstable and had several dumps (blue screen). Avast, ESET, Malwarebytes and other reported nothing, only AdwCleaner.
Again, my system is now unstable, AdwCleaner is detecting that Chrome Extension but does abort before removing it. Any idea of what the problem is.
