Hi there, I have just scanned my notebook and AdwCleaner v6.046 tells me Auslogics DIsk Defrag is malware, is that correct?

Look at:  Root folder\AdwCleaner\Logs\AdwCleaner[S00].txt  =  "Database: 2019-06-28.1 (Cloud)" ... so I dont see the problem as it updates the database ! program works fine. thank you

Sorry for my late answer. This issue should not appear anymore.

If the remove button isn't working, then it's the right manner yes. AdwCleaner is still portable even if it creates some files inside C:\AdwCleaner.

Keep in mind tho that the folder can contain Quarantined files that you won't be able to retrieve after removal. So I would still recommend keeping the C:\AdwCleaner folder.

I am attempting to download the AdwCleaner, however it has been "downloading" for about an hour now. I went to the page that says "click here" if it doesn't download, but got a 505 error code. 

Any progress yet?

Checked on my 3 other Nvidia GC PC's and didn't find the "C:\Windows\System32\Unknown" folder.

This folder has been installed on march.

Vulkan runtime libraries come from NVidia drivers. As they appear useless for me I uninstalled them on my 4 PC's.

Not sure now that it's not a malware...
