Have you tried booting into safemode and Deleting the C:\WINDOWS\SysNative\drivers\ucguard.sys file manually? If not I'd create a system restore point and try that.

Can you share AdwCleaner logfile? Usually from C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[Cxx].txt.

Yes! Thank you for pointing CCleaner out, it actually fixed my redirect problem!

No more random redirects when i click randomly on a clean page or a link!
