Re: Issue with Microsoft Edge

Thanks.

It's strange.. After running AdwCleaner and losing the network connection with Edge, can you do the following :

  • Start powershell
  • Enter the following command :
    ipconfig /all > "C:\Users\hocky_000\ipconfig.txt"

A file "ipconfig.txt" will be created on your personal folder, please copy/paste its content here.

Best regards,

Re: Issue with Microsoft Edge

Hello,

Can you share the deletion report too ?

It's in C:\AdwCleaner\C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[Cxxxx].txt.

Also, can you generate a ZHPDiag logreport to get more informations on your system ?

  • Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
  • Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on th...

Issue with Microsoft Edge

I downloaded and ran AdwCleaner on my wife's computer after some suspicious activity to rule out an infection. All it found was: 'Key Found : HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\LowRegistry\DOMStorage\d23716qn9q7omq.cloudfront.net' 'Key Found : HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\LowRegistry\DOMStorage\dotomi.com'

I had it remove those keys, now when launching Edge it will not load...

Re: How to add files to "exclusion list", so adwCleaner does not kill processes during cleanup?

Hello,

After further analysis, this program should now be whitelisted. (The changes will be effective soon).

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for the feedback,

You may download the Client from https://c.fixme.it

Here is the names of the files:

TiClientCore.exe

TiClientCoreN.exe TiClientHelper.exe

TiClientHelperx64.exe

TiClientStandalone.exe

TiClientUnattendedTray.exe

TiClientCoreLauncher.exe

TiClientUnattendedService.exe

Re: False Positive? C:\ProgramData\mntemp

Although AdwCleaner detects mntemp as being a folder, it is actually an extensionless file. I don't see any other signs of SearchProtect on my PC. After the cleanup/reboot with AdwCleaner, the files are gone, but they are literally immediately recreated every time I launch Breakaway Audio Enhancer. I don't understand why SearchProtect would be linked to the launch of Breakaway. I really hope it...

Re: SQLite3.dll

Hello,

The error may be normal with previous releases (before 5.107). If you got it while running the v5.110, it's related to an old sqlite3.dll in your %temp% folder.

Nothing to worry about.

Best regards,

Actually I believe I got it while running 5.109.  Below are five logfiles, with the first two from being before the error, the third being at the tim...

And here is the most recent logfile.  Again, it is working fine but I would like to know what caused the "SQLite3.dll cannot be loaded" error.

Hello,

Can you share the logfiles, in C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[S1].txt?

It seems to be a Windows issue according to the BSoD you got..

Best regards,

fr33tux, 2016-04-12 15:25:29 (UTC)

No, the BSoD was related to a driver doing something screwy during startup that hasn't done it since.  But here are some of the more recent logfiles:
