cela me fait peur de démarrer en mode sans échec. Je ne m'y connais pas trop en informatique et déjà que ma connection internet au démarrage de l'ordinateur ne fonctionne pas . Il lui faut un redémarrage à chaque fois. Ce qui est déjà pas commode pour moi. Il n'y aurait pas un autre logiciel qui nettoierait mieux que adwcelaner et qui serait pas trop compliqué à comprendre à moins que...

Même problème depuis deux jours avec la version 7.0.3.1(windows 10)

Message de Windows  en début d'analyse après la mise à jour "un problème a fait que le programme a cessé de fonctionner..."

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé plusieurs fois le logiciel sans succès. Pas de blocage par BitDefender.

I am helping a friend clean a grossly infected computer. Windows 10. Uses McAfee AV.

He ran Malwarebytes 3 without difficulty and it cleaned with no problem at all. I do have the log if needed but cannot find a way to attach the text file

He then attempted to use AdwCleaner v. 7.0.3.1 but it would not complete cleaning and received a box with notification that a problem had stopped the clean....
