Bonjour,

Adwcleaner 5.200 a mis un logiciel et ses data (1.5 Go)  en quarantaine, je souhaite les restaurer,

mais entre temps le disque a eu un problème, il ne démarre plus.

J'ai quand même pu récupérer le dossier quarantaine (fichiers + registre) en branchant le disque en externe.

J'ai installé Adwcleaner sur un autre ordinateur, et glissé les données dans le dossier quarantaine du (C) , p...

Oui toutes les mises à jour sont effectives sauf la KB3126587 et la KB2952664 que WindowsUpdate me refuse systématiquement.

there is no pro version at the moment.

The database will be automatically updated, when you press the "Scan" button.

If there is a program update available, you will be informed and automatically redirected to the official download page in order to download the newest version.

Merci de la proposition, mais je cherche à supprimer l'erreur que j'ai avec W7, à chaque miseen marche de l'ordi.

Je ne cherche pas à faire une nouvelle formation sur W8, sinon je choisirais directement W10

Bonsoir ! Pourquoi ne pas songer à opter pour des versions plus récentes ? Je te conseille d’utiliser le système Windows 8.1, les fonctionnalités sont plus avancées et faciles à manipuler. Adwcleaner removed the spyware/addware i had. Very impressed and would like to thank you for a wonderful product. Is there a pro version that updates itself?.

Great news! Finally, I can now confirm that QuickDiag works perfectly, from start to finish, and without error messages! Yay!

Just before QuickDiag finished, I got a popup asking me if I would let QuickDiag communicate on my local network through the Windows Firewall; I answered Yes, and the program finished with creating its log file on my Desktop.

Thank you for updating QuickDiag, however the same error still persists.

Both of these files belong to the backup and disk imaging program Acronis True Image 2016.

It is a comprehensive program with a ton of features, and therefore its files take up the biggest amount of disk space of all my software.

Please let me know what more I can do to help.
