Is this what you wanted and if not please let me know how to get what your asking because I am not too experienced.

I would highly recommend REMOVING javaw.exe from the ADWcleaner whitelist.

Malwarebytes / JRT successfully whitelisted SimpleHelp WITHOUT whitelisting javaw.exe

Please let me know when javaw.exe is removed from the whitelist and I will re-test simplehelp.

Can you do the following to get additional informations ?

• Download FRST
• Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
• Click on the "Scan" button
• The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
• Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated link.
