I basically ran malwarebytes (I turned on search for rootkits under settings just to be sure), AdwCleaner, HitmanPro until nothing was found before finally removing google chrome completely.  And the real problem was that the url redire...

But I will keep Auslogics Booster Tweaker even considered as a PUP, because I tried many of PC's tweaking programs and no one doing well as it.

I'm using Windows 10 and Windows installer keeps poping up, it apears and desapears very quicly.  I scanned with "Tweaking.com-RepairMSIWindowsInstaller" and got a litle bit better, now when I use some programs like microsoft edge the windows installer does not pop up, but when I use chrome and many other programs the windows installer pop us up. I tryed malwarebytes it detected malware ...

you can repair windows with tweaking.com too , it makes come back everything

Install , click on the tab Start Repairs => Repairs => Open Repairs and check "all Repairs"

close all applications and click on "Start" 

let the tool work 'till the end and after that , restart the computer

I agree with the second poster and I always use the CCleaner myself, but I would try the second to check.. false positives are always making me anxious (no, I'm serious, I have some anxiety issues which is why I take klonopin to deal with them..
