• Télécharge Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (de Farbar) sur ton Bureau.

Attention : tu dois prendre la version compatible avec ton système : 32 ou 64 bits.

32 ou 64 bits - Comment savoir ?

• Lance FRST (Sous Windows Vista/7/8/10, clic droit sur FRST > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur).
• Coche la case Addition.txt.
• Clique sur le bouton Analyser.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports FRS...

I recently did scans that removed the listed registry files. Will this cause problems, or are they safe to remove?

I am helping a friend clean a grossly infected computer. Windows 10. Uses McAfee AV.

He ran Malwarebytes 3 without difficulty and it cleaned with no problem at all. I do have the log if needed but cannot find a way to attach the text file

He then attempted to use AdwCleaner v. 7.0.3.1 but it would not complete cleaning and received a box with notification that a problem had stopped the clean....

I tried using AdwCleaner version 7.0.3.1, but every time it stopped working.

I already tried "Mode > Debug", "Database > Local", Uninstalled AdwCleaner and running it as admin.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro with Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2018 (no warnings from Bitdefender).

MalwareBytes 3.0 is as far as it seems to me free software too?

If I install Malwarebytes 3.0 in order to scan my PC ... will there be any conflict with McAffee LifeSave?

I assume not because I already have McAffee LifeSave and AdwCleaner in parallel on my PC since years ...

Just used your software for the 1st time it looked good even thow missing was some but cloud not connect i to my wifi so i gave up for now

Batch2Exe is often detected by antivirus software. It may be the case here.

Did you try with another web browser?
