Hello,

I cant ran anything past version 7.0. I got the ''this app can't run on your PC" error.

Is it fixable? I use win 10 x64 LTSB 2016.

Bonjour ; j'ai essayé 2 outils différents : AdwCleaner et Malwarebytes mais ce virus reste toujours dans mon Pc ; quel outils pourrait vous me suggérer ?

J'ai déconnecter les 2 lecteurs avec le bouton droit de la souris et cela les a fait disparaître. C'est revenu à la normale. Je vois seulement mes 2 lecteurs réseau sur "CE PC" comme avant. Merci beaucoup pour la réponse.

I am helping a friend clean a grossly infected computer. Windows 10. Uses McAfee AV.

He ran Malwarebytes 3 without difficulty and it cleaned with no problem at all. I do have the log if needed but cannot find a way to attach the text file

He then attempted to use AdwCleaner v. 7.0.3.1 but it would not complete cleaning and received a box with notification that a problem had stopped the clean....

Bonjour, je voudrais savoir comment faire pour supprimer ces 2 raccourcis réseau qui se sont mis dans ce pc. Ces 2 raccourcis sont tous le même lecteur réseau. Merci beaucoup de m'aider à résoudre ce problème.

MalwareBytes 3.0 is as far as it seems to me free software too?

If I install Malwarebytes 3.0 in order to scan my PC ... will there be any conflict with McAffee LifeSave?

I assume not because I already have McAffee LifeSave and AdwCleaner in parallel on my PC since years ...
