Ok. Le problème vient d'une trace d'une ancienne version du logiciel qu'il faut supprimer. CCleaner devrait faire le travail.

  1. Téléchargez la dernière version de CCleaner et installez-la,
  2. Exécutez Ccleaner (icône sur votre bureau)
  3. Dans l'onglet Options > Avancé, décochez la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers temporaires de Windows datant de plus de 24 heures.

Hi there,

As stated in the title, I myself do have problems when attempting the cleaning stage. But instead of getting this blue screen, mine just simply didn't respond. 

Im using Windows 10 64-bit as well.

Can you relaunch AdwCleaner, Tools > Options. Tick "Debug" in the mode section.

Then, do a scan, and a clean. Wait until it freezes, and share the generated logfile from C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log.

I keep getting the blue screen CRITICAL_PROCESS_....  I dont remember the last word but Ive tried disabling McAfee Firewall but it still crashes when I hit clean.  Please someone help!
