Thanks for the feedback, I'm looking at this strange behaviour.

In the meantime, you can restore the folder from the Quarantine manager:

• Start AdwCleaner,
• Tools
• Quarantine Manager, "File" tab,
• Select the corresponding elements, and click on "Restore".

I use AdwCleaner on a constant basis. Recently I scanned a computer with it to remove some residual shopathome.com issues. Afterwards I noticed an entire folder missing. After searching my C: drive, it showed it was now located in the quarantine folder created by AdwCleaner. Fearing the worst I looked back at the logs created from that scan. OK je suis a la recherche de AppData qui n'apparait plus comme je suis sous windows 10 il faut que je recherche ou sont les fichiers cachés, mais je sais faire la suppression une fois trouvé @+

Ok, c'est tout bon.

Dans la plupart des cas, AdwCleaner effectue le nettoyage correctement en mode normal, y compris sous Windows 10. Mais il arrive qu'un élément soit légèrement bloquant, et que le mode sans échec soit alors nécessaire.

• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)

• Download MalwareBytes Anti Malware here.
• Launch MalwareByte's Anti Malware from your desktop
• Click on the tab Settings -> Detection & Protection -> PUP/PUM and check "Treat these detections like malware".
• Tab Exam choose Threats, click on Scan now, and click on Launch the exam.
• If something is detected, choose to Quarantine everything. If it asks you to reboot the computer, do it.
