Can you share the AdwCleaner logfile ? It should be in C:\AdwCleaner\.

Can you generate a ZHPDiag logreport to get more informations on your system ?

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
• Then post the link in your reply

I have uploaded two AdwCleaner reports: C9 from 9/7/16 and C10 from a short time ago.  I have also uploaded the ZHPDiag report. I have not used the ZHPDiag repair option.  I think the up2share link is xtdV9msx1WWE (it is what appears in the box at the top of the upload screen).

BugFixxer re-installed on 10/7/2016 at 1310 local time (UT+10).

I have found several more applications on my machine that are associated with BugFixxer. They are:

BinEssentials

BugFixxer

SysSecure

WinEssentials

WinInfos

BinEssentials, WinEssentials and WinInfos (located in C:\Windows) installed themselves as background processes.  I suspect that one or more of these has the job of (re-)installing BugFixxer. The source of all this junkware is http://hahomedia.com.

Thanks. Sorry for the delay, I'm taking care of the reports asap.

After removing all the apps I mentioned in my previous email, BugFixxer came back again!

I found another folder (this one located in C:\Window\SysWOW64) called Policies that is another hahomedia product. I've quarantined this (along with all the others) and used regedit to remove their entries in HKLM:SYSTEM:CurrentControlSet:Services.  At the moment my computer is OK, but let's wait another 24 hours to see if anything comes back.

Here are some more details: the BinEssentials, WinEssentials and WinInfos folders were all installed in C:\Windows.  The Policies folder was in C:\Windows\SysWOW64.  The folders BugFixxer, Infos, WinEssentials and WinInfos were in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local.
