Hello,
Currently, AdwCleaner have a quarantine for folders and files. It can be useful in case AdwCleaner accidentaly detected a legitimate file and you ran the cleaning mode.
Unfortunately, if AdwCleaner deletes a legitimate registry key or value, you have no way to restore it because AdwCleaner simply deletes it. In a few weeks, you will be able to restore deleted registry elements.
The quarantine will be re-designed and you will have two tabs : one for folders/files , and one for registry elements.
You will be able to select files/folders, registry elements, or both. Then when you will click on "Restore", all elements will be processed and restored.
I hope this new feature will help you when you are facing false positives.
Stay tuned for new improvements !
