In Windows, if you change monitors and your windows settings are higher than the resolution of the new monitor, the monitor will be completely black, and if you don't have another monitor, you won't be able to configure the windows resolution.
You could solve it in other, more tedious ways.
With this program of less than 1mb, you solve this problem.
When running for the first time, the Program will ask you if you want to add it to the start of windows. (I should say YES)
Use the hotkeys to Configure:
Ctrl + ALT + A (Sets the lowest resolution of the system)
Ctrol + ALT + R (Set the previous settings)
