Hi, I have an issue when i run "AdwCleaner 5.201". Whenever I run this particular version, my computer just hangs for few seconds, then starts functioning again. However, the AdwCleaner software doesn't start at all. I tried running the software several times. Same thing happens every time I try running the software. I downloaded twice again, after deleting the previous files, but to no avail. I also deleted all the temporary files, restarted the system, but was of no help.
I would like to know if the same thing or anything similar has happened to anyone and how was it resolved. Any help would really be appreciated. Thank you.

J'ai téléchargé AdwCleaner 5.116 plusieurs fois et, à chaque fois, lorsque je le lance, mon ordi m'affiche :"base de données corrompue".
La dernière version que j'ai pu utiliser sans problème est la 5.110.
Avez-vous une explication à mon problème ?
Mon système d'exploitation : XP SP3 (Windows Embedded POSReady 2009 mis à jour régulièrement)

И просьба сделать в программе проверку *.lnk файлов браузеров (не только Internet Explorer) по пути c:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\, c:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\StartMenu\, c:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar\, c:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\, поскольку в свойствах *.lnk после вирусов часто подменяется путь на другой. For some reason after the last update it's detecting 2 Registry entries and one of them is related to Windows Defender, so I suppose it is a false positive.

I've run this software on even very heavily infected systems and its amazing how quickly and effective AdwCleaner removes even the worst adware. Even adware that could not be removed with other software got cleaned by this.

Still an issue with the above mentioned page is not resolved, I try 10 times adware scan and it is still there!!!
Why adware not removing this from my chrome and internet Explorer browser????
Because it holds my browser whenever I start my browser it comes with a search page. Please add this page in your system and remove it as soon as possible so we get peace of mind. Thank you.
