I have found that a reading of AdwCleaner[0] gives a better result than many other settings. The AdwCleaner *Quarantined* items are showing in other Antivirus scans at times. For this reason when helping others I ask them to Uninstall their version and install a Fresh copy after about 3 scans. Is this useless, or can this be a good idea ??

On a Windows7 SP1 machine running 3.307, AdwCleaner crashes and I get the error:

I have downloaded multipe times and rebooted multiple times. Nothing I try works. Thanks!

Ce matin, j'ai lancé la version 3.304 qui m'a signalé votre dernière version ; j'ai téléchargé cette dernière et depuis chaque fois que je tente de la lancer, il ne se passe rien.
Je vous précise que je suis sous windows 7, et que votre version 304 fonctionnait bien. Je suis prise au piège, car je n'ai pas gardé de copie de la 304.
Je ne sais plus quoi faire.

I think I have found a False Positive on 3.304. Scan has flagged AppleChargerSrv in Services and the file AppleChargerSrv.exe
This file has been on my PC since January 2013 from Gigabyte from my Motherboard which was new then. Although I do not use Apple it is not activated in services either. I have scanned the file with malwarebytes and McAfee I have a feeling this is a False Positive. Adwcleaner has never flagged this file before until now

Cependant, n'étant pas experte, et à défaut de tutoriel disponible, j'aurais besoin d'informations commplémentaires sur la rubrique "Actions" : pour chacune d'entre elles pouvez-vous m'indiquer ce qu'impliquerait la sélection de l'option ?
