elle revient à chaque fois que j'effectue l'analyse :
Clé Trouvée : HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\SDP
Lorsque je fais le nettoyage j'ai un écran bleu puis un redémarrage !
Serait - ce un faux positif ?

when i updated to latest version the software started crashing all the time with windows 8.1
im using this software to my hearts content, however, my father has recently got the 'ad by jak' adware on his computer, and it seems that adwcleaner cant remove it. could you update it so it can also remove 'ad by jak'? thank you.

I would like to point out a few things I noticed with AdwCleaner:
SereneScreen is a screensaver software, not malware. Ad-Aware is an anti-adware program, but AdwCleaner keeps detecting it. Also, could you please give us a way to add certain detections to a permanent ignore /excluded list?
I know sometimes software ends up being detected as PUP, therefore an exclusion list should solve any issues with it!
I also want to point out that sometimes, AdwCleaner seems unable to start - sometimes due to an infection, sometimes seemingly without a real reason. It updates and then fails to start.

J'ai eu exactement le même problème MXCmike. Du coup j'ai utilisé Roguekiller. Une fois que Roguekiller (Adlice Software) ai eu débusqué un Malware bien caché, adwcleaner s'est remis à fonctionner normalement chez moi.
First of all: I Love AdwCleaner. It only deletes the following keys that are used for Exact Globe (See: http://www.exact.nl/ ) HKCU\Software\eXact, HKLM\SOFTWARE\eXact, HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\eXact, HKCY64\Software\eXact. When these are deleted i cannot use the program. After an ''recheck of all files'' it works again.
When you received message for an outdate version of AdwCleanerjust hit cancel and now the software is working fine
