Here is the translation to English. I just used Google.
Then I took a screen shot of WinUpdateFix. The you can change the instruction boxes to English. Then print out the altered picture and use that for reference.

I used Adwcleaner last night, it finally got rid of something nasty in my firefox browser. I'd run 2 tools from Microsoft that came back saying that everything was clean. I'd also tried other anti-spyware tools that the internet said could delete my problem, but after hours of scanning my disk they did nothing. Adwcleaner took less time and actually worked. Bravo!

First of all: I Love AdwCleaner. It only deletes the following keys that are used for Exact Globe (See: http://www.exact.nl/ ) HKCU\Software\eXact, HKLM\SOFTWARE\eXact, HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\eXact, HKCY64\Software\eXact. When these are deleted i cannot use the program. After an ''recheck of all files'' it works again.

Unfortunately, the false positives remain. Doesn't look like it'll be fix any time soon. You should never blindly have AdwCleaner delete everything. Search entries you're not sure about online. You will avoid problems...

Just downloaded to update my version, but can't run it because Norton antivirus detects a thread and deletes it immediately. The threat is identified as 'Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP'.
Not sure if this is a false positive, but don't want to take a chance on it. Please verify the software, clean it if necessary and update the download link (or post a note). Txs.

I find many legitimate items flagged by AdwCleaner. Blindly clicking on Clean (now Cleaning???) is asking for trouble.

Hola, Hotspot Shield, YTD YouTube Downloader, AVG LinkScanner, etc. are not adware. They should not be deleted by AdwCleaner.

@cocochepeau

Here are most of the entries I could find. I believe the Hotspot Shield drivers might be the culprit. One user had a driver inside Device Manager. Replacing that driver with one from another working computer seems to have corrected the connection issue.

@Me1 We're working on this issue. Can you send us a report showing what has been deleted exactly?

After running you program the only things I could see listed were the files under the files tab. I selected them and selected the clean button. Your program cleaned them, closed my computer and rebooted. All seemed well until I went into my task manager. To my surprise under the processes tab, 82 Background Processes were listed in addition to 5 Apps. Many seemed to be duplicates (25) (Google Chrome (32 bit). Is this normal? Was it a mistake to delete those files? If so can it be reversed? If not why wasn't there a strong warning stating the consequences?
