According to SystemLookUp, AVG Security Toolbar / Secure Search / Every toolbars related to AVG are classified as "Open to debate" as they simply pollute the browser. Same thing for AOL toolbar.
They are not malicious but they are not really needed and just slow the browser. The purpose of AdwCleaner is also to remove these kind of programs.
If you don't want to delete them, just unch...

Also, I noticed that there are a few entries for AVG Secure Search. While I'm not a big fan of AVG, I don't think of it as malicious.

just downloaded today's update and went to run it and window came up saying not to run malicious app.
any thoguhts (of course i closed the page.
Just a little more feedback. After scanning the pop up no malicious software found comes up, but also shown is uncheck what you want to keep. Checking the logfile shows that nothing was found. Checking all the tabs also lists nothing to remove.

Entre autre: Anomalies du système d'icones de la barre inferieure , impossible d'utiliser la restauration système,
IE 8 à reinstaller, MAJ microsoft detectées (microsoft update) mais échec à l'installation.

AdwCleaner seems to think the AOL toolbar is malicious along with a bunch of registry entries pertaining to AOL. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't think this is true. I'd like to request that you add an option to ignore AOL so that the install of AOL does not get corrupted by deleting parts of it.
