Hello,
Thanks, the dump file was useful it was at least due to the PRSvc.exe process. Can you retry again ? (be sure the database has been updated..).
If you face another BSOD, can you redo the same thing as here ?
Thank you for your patience,

Hello,
Can you relaunch AdwCleaner, click on "Options" -> check "Activate the debug mode". Then, be sure the database is updated and click on "scan".
Please share the logfile here..
Hello,
No, I had just opened Firefox and Thunderbird. This acestream malware really seems difficult to get rid of. Have you already had problems after installing this software?
Hello,
Hm, did you start any other software before AdwCleaner ?
It really seems to be related to this, but I can't see any trace of it in your computer..
Hello,
Yes, please prefer the official download website or a trusted source to get your software.. It may avoid you some troubles !
Regards,
Hi there,
In some case i almost run AdwCleaner to scan my PC for more security but a few days that it finds suspicious registry keys.
Called:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{10921475-03CE-4E04-90CE-E2E7EF20C814}
I asked AdwCleaner to delete it, and it was indeed deleted after rebooting and the report said it was deleted. I ran a second scan and AdwCleaner found not...
Ok. It was a strange behaviour (and the first case like this) but it's solved.
Otherwise, your computer is clean.
