Greetings. I don't see a reason why you shouldn't be able to do so. It looks like all the files and registries are not part of natural Windows process. Adwcleaner rarely has false positives. It is good that you are extra careful with what you are removing and how it works, but you have no worries here.

I've often seen false positives in this utility, so I advise not to use it at all.

Are you sure it isn't a false positive? I had these files detected as well, but on my pc, it's the uninstaller for a program called COUGAR UIX™ System. It's a driver/firmware installer and mouse function editor for the Cougar 700M mouse.

I've had adwcleaner also pick these files up today as well. I'd sit tight for a bit and wait for a reply as i'm pretty sure these are false positives.
