Could be a delayed update. Sometimes, if you haven't restart your PC for long enough or have software in some specific environments, it can cause issues with the update. (Not sure or confirmed about this, just theorizing)

Once again, and it's the last time I repeat it: the more often you ask for a reply and keep saying that you're sad because you don't get one within a few hours, the lesser chance is that you'll get an answer.

We do everything we can, but there is a lot of users and as I think you do, we also need to sleep. So please be patient, you'll get an answer as soon as possible.

I have just recently downloaded the new version, before it worked very well now when I run the software and then I want to clean my computer, windows tells me that it will close the program as it has stopped running. I have done this several times and I still get the same problem.

Thanks for the feedback. The first time browser reset to duck was after identifying and removing 2 unwanted objectes (PUP.LEGACY.OPTIONAL). The second time it happened, however, was after the next safe mode scan in which no unwanted objects were detected.
