i have an ad tab every 30 seconds its open itself and i close it so i downloaded adwcleaner and in the first time it said that my pc have an ad-ware and it removed
after i restart my pc the same tab was opening every 30 seconds and when i open adwcleaner it says there is no problem with my pc!!

ok then here the services name that cause the problem which adware cleaner was unable to remove them in the normal-mode but adware cleaner tool was able to remove them only on the safe-mode without any "not responding Message" or such of it

Since I don't see the precise issue, it's difficult to troubleshoot. It's not abnormal to need to run in safemode in order to remove specific elements.
