All theses entries are about : toolbars, extensions and potentially unwanted programs.
You can remove them all by launching again AdwCleaner and choosing the cleaning button.
Can you then post here the cleanning report ?
As AdwCleaner only check for a category of malware, can you follow those instruction to make a deeper analysis of your computer :

I use AdwCleaner on a lot of home computers, and they invariably are using AOL. AdwCleaner seems to think the AOL toolbar is malicious along with a bunch of registry entries pertaining to AOL. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't think this is true. I'd like to request that you add an option to ignore AOL so that the install of AOL does not get corrupted by deleting parts of it.

This worked for me. from Adwcleaner download page:

I'm running XP SP3 and the last version that worked for me is 5.018.
Version 5.019, 5.020 and 5.021 will not run at all. The HDD activity light come on and then it hangs.

Mine "adwcleaner_5.020" stops shortly after the cleaning starts.
