In ADWCleaner V4.104**** English version*** and previous versions, the "Firefox" and "Chrome" tabs display column headers in French, other tabs display in English. Please fix.

QuickDiag v1.12.02.1 download page does not show up in English, only French.
I, too, could really use an English version of this. I'm currently trying to solve a WU problem & this actually seems more reasonable the the Windows Club one-button fixer.
I would be more than happy to donate for an English version.
