New version 3.303 as of Aug. 8th at 6:20am EST stops working during the "clean" operation.
Here is the error message that occurs during the broswer cleanup. It appears to be happening right before Firefox cleanup.

I was also having the same problem with the latest version (v3.303) crashing. I'm running Win 7 64bit. I took aniceguy10's advice below and downloaded the older version (v3.302) from AfterDawn, and that one now works flawlessly.
The latest version of Adwcleaner is crashing everytime we run it and it is happening on all computers. Please fix and update the new version.
Go to http://www.afterdawn.com/ and in the search bar type "AdwCleaner v3.302". After it down loads, then run it. If it says a new version is available, PRESS CANCEL button. That way it will not remove itself from your folder.

I verified AdwCleaner v3.302 works OK, but v3.303 CRASHES on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32 bit.
