I will confirm this awesome tool is now crashing and making computer blue screen upon cleaning. It is a great tool but the latest update is broken!
I noticed AdwCleaner is detecting 'Adobe Flash Player Updater' under Scheduled Tasks. This is a legitimate Adobe Flash Updater task and should be fixed.

I haven't been able to update since 4.1 because it hangs up all three of my computers during cleaning, forcing me to do a hard shutdown. All my browsers have been updated; I'm using Windows 10; it's three different computers; yet the problem still continues with 5.009.

I've donated a couple of times.
Now, I would like to make you an offer for making a Bulgarian translation for it. Of course free of charge, just for the contribution.
And I'd like to ask, why not include all the translators name in a tab in your app and/or in the app's description. Let me show you an example:
- The DD-WRT project, in every firmware there is a link in the upper left where you can get more information about the project, the current version and all its translators. Here is an online demo page: https://www.dd-wrt.com/demo/About.htm
You can add a "change language" menu with the translators names in your toolstrip. I believe it is hard to find the change language menu. I can see that you post a lot of language packs updates in the change log, but I can't find a way to change the language in reality. Maybe make it a little bit easier or include the procedure for changing the language in your online manual.

Im not 100% sure but i think that after updating all of my windows 8 drivers
adwcleaner along with rogue killer stop cleaning and instead they ended up freezing my windows 8 laptop.
