You probably want to click on the [Scan] button before opening the log manager.

Can you launch AdwCleaner, click on Tools > Options. In the "Mode" section, ensure "debug" is selected.

Then, do a scan and a clean. When the freeze occurs, reboot and share the logfile in C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log.
