I have not this issue... only 5-6 seconds before seeing Adwcleaner's loading

but I'm using XP-SP3 so perhaps you must search another version of this .dll more convenient with 64bits OS ?

I have also replaced old libeay32.dll with new one from 'bibuot' and now v5.107 running without errors :) 

Copied this newer DLL into  c:\windows\SysWOW64 (replaced the old DLL)  v5.107 is running without errors but program starts up with important delay (1m30s) before program window is visible with the scan button. Scan works at normal speed. Old version of AdwCleaner was fast on initial star...

pareil.... Cependant la .dll incriminée étant présente (mais datée du 13/08/2002) j'en ai cherché une plus récente :

* Dependencies : package wget-1.11.4-1-dep.zip  contenant une version de libeay32.dll datée du 03/09/2008

que j'ai copiée par-dessus l'ancienne en C:\WINDOWS.

==> Adwcleaner 5.107 FONCTIONNE !!!

même souci que déjà "remonté" par d'autres

5.107 plante sous XP-SP3 ==> "point d'entrée de procédure introuvable"

mais passe sous Seven 64bits

Ce qui me surprend c'est la taille du .exe qui est double de celle des versions 5.105 et 5.106

Wie werde ich diese Adware los?  Habt ihr eine Lösung für mein Problem?

It looks as if a kid wrote it, most languages don't use such capitalization (English is an exception). I would change it in all translations except Portuguese and Turkish.
