My gut says just delete but i've learned before it's better to be safe than sorry.

It's not a false positive usually. However, in your specific case it is, for now please uncheck this element before the cleaning operation.

Ensuite, refaites une analyse avec AdwCleaner et copiez/collez le rapport généré ici.
