(Je ne sais pas si mon problème est le même que https://toolslib.net/forum/viewthread/2019-adwcleaner-et-xp-nouveau-incompatible/ donc je crée une nouvelle discussion)

Lorsque je suis passé à la version 5.029 j’ai eu un message d’erreur "adwcleaner_5.029.exe a rencontré un problème et doit fermer".

J’ai eu le même message avec la 5.030 et 5.031.

Par contre si je réinstalle la 5.009...

afin de télécharger/installer Malwarebytes, veuillez suivre les étapes suivantes :

I have been trying to remove this but i am having to luck. Its from Microsoft Edge, i even reinstalled the whole program! (I use windows 10). I tried Adw but it didnt fix my problem. Any ideas?

Even the DBG version is not good...

I had downloaded 5.031, ran it and it worked. Tried it immediately for a 2nd time and it crashed. Renamed it to adwcleaner.exe and it crashed. Tried it in safe mode with networking and it crashed. The debug version of 5.031 has worked multiple times in a row with no problem so far

I encourage you to use DelFix to remove every tool you used :

• Download DelFix from Xplode on your desktop.
• Launch it with administrator rights.
• Select all the option except the one proposing to save the registry.
• Then click on the "Execute" button.
• When everything is finish, the software will close itself.
