Bonsoir merci pour cette réponse, je ne pourrais faire cette manipulation que plus tard car en ce moment je fais un scan en ligne avec ESET qui me ralenti beaucoup mon pc quand je clique sur un lien ou pour ouvrir une page. Il en est à peine à 20%

Pouvez-vous relancer AdwCleaner, cliquer sur Outils > Options, et cocher, dans "Reset":

• Proxy,
• Paramètres TCP/IP,
• Pare-feu,
• Fichier Hosts

Cliquez sur [OK], faites une analyse suivie d'un nettoyage. L'ordinateur va redémarrer, et joignez de la même façon le rapport généré.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

isn’t an anti-virus however I had to unstalle...

I have only one anti-virus program installed on my system and all the others is a Portable Security tools ! they can not be uninstalled it !

and note what you see is not a anti-virus software but it is just a Portable anti-malware scanners ....

From the list of your installed programs:

Bitdefender...

1) There should be only one antivirus program in system!

 2) I recommend to uninstall this:

Bitdefender 60-Second Virus Scanner, ESET Online Scanner v3, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version 2.2.1.1043, SUPERAntiSpyware. Also there are drivers from McAfee. Them also should be cleaned.

Traces from whole bunch of antivirus tools, like UVK - Ultra Virus Killer, Zemana, RogueKiller, ZHPCleaner, Tre...

So, if you reset your Microsoft password, when you reboot, the password has been changed twice ?

Eh.. I don't think my computer is free from them. My password just got deactivated again. Here is the DelFix content:

1.Ran avast! full scan-->no threats found.

2.Ran F-secure online scan-->1 threat removed

3.Ran eset online scan-->3 threats found, did not finish because the UI turned into black lines where the instructions were.

4.Ran MalwareBytesAntiMalware full scan (not the recommended one)-->no threats found.

5.Ran the latest AdwareCleaner-->15 threats found and cleaned, see the copy of log file....
