Pourquoi dois  je  faire " CONTROL ALT DEL" sinon commandes bloquées même en mode sans echec avec prise reseau ? Tried to download the ZHPDiag software again and got:

Windows Smartscreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

This happens sometimes when downloading the latest version of Adware cleaner...I will have to check out Screenshot, as, never have done it before. Thanks.

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
• Then post the link in your reply
