AdwCleaner was unable to fix it. MalwareBytes also did not help. When I try to open gearbest.com in firefox I see a blank page. The source of the page:

J'ai des pups optionnels et je suis incapable de les nettoyer. J'ai passé malwarebythes et il en a nettoyé mais il en reste encore . Adwcleaner n'avance pas. Il reste toujours au même point. Quoi faire pour me débarrasser des ces pubs ? Merci et j'attends votre réponse le plus tôt possible.

J'ai également le même problème j'ai l'erreur "Caught unhandled unknown exception ; terminating". Et impossible de finir un nettoyage. J'ai la version Windows 7 64 bits.
Ça ne fonctionne pas en mode sans échec.
Pouvez vous me dire quand la version 7.1 sera oppérationnelle ? Car j'ai 5 menaces impossible à supprimer dont PUP.Optional.Legacy et autres même avec Malwarebytes premium.

The version of DownThemAll at the link you gave is 3.0.2, which is more than a year old. The version I have installed is 3.0.8, which is at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/downthemall/. (You can only install that version from within Firefox.) However, it looks like it is only a little more recent.
As I can see, it's been more than a year since the last release/update of DownThemAll. (https://github.com/downthemall/downthemall/releases)
We'll try to reproduce the issue. I'll keep you posted.
