what happeing is that I was get hit with some Adwares and then I have run adware cleaner tool to scan my system for adwares ! and adware cleaner tool have found a bunch of adware and I had to remove them ... adware cleaner tool was able to remove most of the adwares but it was unable to remove some of it ! so it’s a problem with the tool ?

Hello, so I've recently went ahead and scanned my PC today again and it detects a folder called "CEF" which is created by Steam. Can we fix this so many people don't get peranoid like me and think it's a virus.

isn’t an anti-virus however I had to unstalle...

I have only one anti-virus program installed on my system and all the others is a Portable Security tools ! they can not be uninstalled it !

and note what you see is not a anti-virus software but it is just a Portable anti-malware scanners ....

From the list of your installed programs:

Bitdefender...

1) There should be only one antivirus program in system!

 2) I recommend to uninstall this:

Bitdefender 60-Second Virus Scanner, ESET Online Scanner v3, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version 2.2.1.1043, SUPERAntiSpyware. Also there are drivers from McAfee. Them also should be cleaned.

Traces from whole bunch of antivirus tools, like UVK - Ultra Virus Killer, Zemana, RogueKiller, ZHPCleaner, Tre...

Comodo détecte souvent updatestar en tant que adware, c'est surtout un faux-positif par Comodo,

À la fin de l'été 2015, j'ai installé Comodo Internet Security et touts les loiciels UpdateStar,

Mais comme Comodo étant déja installé, en installant plus tard les logiciels UpdateStar (product key finder 8, updatestar drivers, updatestar local backup, etc...), comodo me l'as detecté com PUP indési...

After Scanning and after hitting the button Clean, it runs as if it is starting the cleaning process. Then after a few seconds the application doesn't respond. I read a few topis in this forum with several forum and tried it again but this time in Debug mode with no avail and still the same result.
