Hi,

When i try to download the tool with EagleGet, i always get an invalid file with wrong hashes, and i get "this app can't run on your pc" or "side-by-side configuration is wrong".

But whenever i download it directly with the browser, i get correct file with right hashes and it works fine.

Also when i downloaded it from here with EagleGet, it has been downloaded correctly without problems.

It looks like the malicious URL doesn't download the file now, so i uploaded the file here.

After some investigation, it turned out that proxy settings have been manipula...

J'ai également le même problème j'ai l'erreur "Caught unhandled unknown exception ; terminating". Et impossible de finir un nettoyage. J'ai la version Windows 7 64 bits.

Ça ne fonctionne pas en mode sans échec.

Pouvez vous me dire quand la version 7.1 sera oppérationnelle ? Car j'ai 5 menaces impossible à supprimer dont PUP.Optional.Legacy et autres même avec Malwarebytes premium.

My AdwCleaner (7.0.3.1) says the program is out of date, and it leads me to https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/ to get a new version (7.0.4.0). However when I download that version my OS says it's not a valid Win32 application.

I am running Windows 7 Home 32-bit.

Nous sommes au courant de ce problème et il sera résolu avec la mise en ligne de la prochaine version majeure d'AdwCleaner (v7.1).

En attendant, vous pouvez essayer d'exécuter AdwCleaner en mode sans échec (voir : https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode).

J'ai un soucis avec la nouvelle version d'Adwcleaner. Effectivement, j'ai l'erreur "Caught unhandled unknown exception ; terminating". Et impossible de finir un nettoyage. Si cela vient de vous, vous voilà prévenus. En revanche, aidez moi, s'il vous plait, si l'erreur viens de moi.
