Can you uncheck "UCGuard" in the Services tab before clicking on [Clean] ? Then, share the cleaning logfile.

Hi Xplode, sorry for dropping off the map like that. Life has been crazy.

Kaseya changed their paths; here's their current paths (I included our GUID, but other companies will have a different one):

what happeing is that I was get hit with some Adwares and then I have run adware cleaner tool to scan my system for adwares ! and adware cleaner tool have found a bunch of adware and I had to remove them ... adware cleaner tool was able to remove most of the adwares but it was unable to remove some of it ! so it’s a problem with the tool ?
