it wont let me past the log

We are working on a fix for the v6.010. In the meantime, it would help us to get the Debug log (Tools > Options > Debug) to trace the issue.

i have a virus on my laptop and tried to remove it with adwcleaner 6.000 but after once it finds all the shit i click the clean button and restarts then tells me critical_process_died i can accses the laptop i just want to remove the virus

The C32 file is allready sent to you

the S185 file is sent via email with an attached file.

When Ever I Run ADW Cleaner on some one computer by taking remote acess it diconect remote screen and i can't click on other option of OK which i was able to click on previous version so inoder to do i have to take help of client whose system is on remote with me. So please retify this..

After the scan the log files are:

When we choose the "SCAN" tab the log files are: "C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner (S173) .txt" until (S60).txt. (113 log files)

When we choose the "Cleaning" tab the log files are: "C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner(C32).txt" until (C8).txt.(24 log files).
